Accommodation/Rooms 

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
ACheck-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00.
You can stay comfortably for up to 21 hours.
Please be sure to contact us if your check-in is after 6pm.
QDo you have designated non-smoking rooms?
AUnfortunately, all rooms in our hotel are non-smoking.
There are smoking booths on the 3rd and 5th floors, so if you wish to smoke, please use them.

Dish 

QCan you accommodate allergies, vegetarians, etc.?
AWe will accommodate you if you contact us at least 3 days in advance. Please note that we are unable to accommodate same-day requests.
*If there is a long holiday, such as a public holiday, we may ask you to arrive at least 7 days in advance.
Please note that we cannot accommodate those with wheat allergies.
QIs it possible to change breakfast to Western food?
AIt will be a basic Japanese set meal. Customers who wish to eat Western food must do so by 6:00 pm the day before.

QWhere are the meals served in the morning and evening?
ADepending on the room you stay in, meals may be served in your room or in a private dining room.

AWe will prepare it for you. We also have high chairs (about 10cm high).If you let us know in advance, we will have it ready for you upon your arrival.

AWe will prepare a wheelchair exclusively for use within the facility. Please note that the facility is barrier-free.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that there are some steps within the building and in some guest rooms.

QCan I leave my luggage before arrival and after departure?
AWe accept.
QCan I order a bouquet or cake?
AWe accept. Bouquets can be ordered from 3,300 yen to suit your budget, and whole cakes can be ordered from 3,300 yen for size 4.
We also have an assortment of fruits (1 serving) available for 1,100 yen. If you wish, please feel free to contact the inn 3 days before your stay.

Access 

QIs there a shuttle service?
AWe provide free transportation to the nearest station, JR Kaga Onsen Station.
< br />[Pick-up] We have a bus that picks you up every hour from 14:30 at 0:00, 30:00, and the last time at 18:00.
*If you wish to be picked up from JR Kaga Onsen Station, please call the inn in advance. (0761-77-0001)
*If you do not have a reservation, the service will not operate, so if you would like to be picked up and dropped off, please be sure to contact us in advance, such as when leaving the boarding station.

[Delivery] From 8:00, we deliver every hour and 30 minutes, with the last departure from the inn at 12:00.
*Please contact the person in charge or the front desk at least 30 minutes before boarding.

Arrival may be delayed due to traffic conditions, etc.
If you take a taxi from JR Kaga Onsen Station, it will take about 15 minutes and cost about 2,000 yen.
We do not provide transportation to Komatsu Airport. Please refer to the access method below or contact the inn.

CANBUS bound for Kaga Onsen Station (¥500/person), approximately 30 minutes by taxi to the hotel (about ¥7,000)

AIt is available free of charge.
Please come to the front entrance of our hotel. We will take care of your car.

Spa 

QPlease tell me about the large communal bath and the open-air bath in rooms with open-air baths.
AThe large public bath [open-air bath] is fed by natural hot spring water.
However, the temperature of the source is 62 degrees, so water is added to adjust the temperature.
The large public bath [indoor bath] and [open-air bath in the guest room] use the source water, but they are circulated and filtered for hygiene management and temperature control.
